Let it be psychology and neuroscience that the perfection and quality in will is depend upon

Transparency to hold power.

Human natures require being transparent to balance and protect the will in power to hold willpower

to control and achieve sustainable development to fulfill United Nations Millennium Development

Goals.

Prevailing transparency in willpower is limited on Earth and below average that acts independently

with superiority inferiority attitude in braveness that avoid forming group.to achieve unity in

diversity.

This needs to be revised in bringing the transparent willpower in parallel with ugly power by 17 July

2017 in bonding with transparent people with different ideology in group to fight against such will

power.

The ugliness in willpower on earth is unlimited due to existing unclean environment and pollutant

that misguide to bond with ugly people in gang with fear and subvert the constitution with the help

of unfair technologies, graft and corruption with unlimited ugly power.

Therefore Aapians and other transparent people are to be united to protect and retain willpower in

solidarity while fighting against ugly willpower to reestablish constitution in Democracy.
